Save it as a system

Do this now (5 minutes)

1. Go to claude.ai. Click Projects.
2. Create a new project. Name it your main brand.
3. In "Project instructions," paste the 3 things below.
4. Open every new chat inside that project.

The 3 things to paste

BRAND
[1-2 paragraphs: who you are, who you serve, what you stand for]

VOICE
[Tone in one line. 3 words you use. 5 words you never use.]

HOW I WORK
[What you do for this brand. What you don't. Working rhythm.]

For multiple brands

One project per brand. Or one folder per brand if you move to Claude Code:

Open a new chat in the project. Type:

Write a LinkedIn post about [topic].

If it sounds on-brand without you re-briefing, the system works.
